We are committed to skincare that is free from synthetic fragrances, genetically modified ingredients, petrochemicals, parabens, or sulfates.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS
All orders leave our premises in Paris within 1 to 2 working days. orders placed after 23:00CET/ GMT+1 will be shipped next business day.due to potential carrier delays. orders with standard shipping to Paris generally arrive 2-3 business days after leaving our warehouse, domestic orders shipped outside of Paris arrived 2-4 days after leaving warehouse.
General Question
If you have any problems or input errors with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@cosmuskincare.com and give us your order number.
From the moment you place your order, you have 30 days to return or exchange your product free of charge. To do so, you can:
1. Contact us at info@cosmuskincare.com, indicating your order number and the reason for your return, and we will send you the return label and stick it on your package to be returned.
2. When returning the products, please make sure that they are in their original packaging and condition, new and unused.
3- As soon as we receive and check your order, you will be refunded and you can place a new order.
We accept all major debit and credit cards (Stripe), Paypal and Apple Pay.
We do not offer payment by SEPA transfer or cheque.
After payment of your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. If this is not the case, please check first if it is not in your junk mail. If you still cannot find it, please contact atinfo@cosmuskincare.com
An invoice is automatically sent to you with the confirmation email of your order. You can also find it on your customer account.
If you do not have a customer account and have lost your invoice, you can send an email to info@cosmuskincare.com with your order number.
If you have not received an email to track your order, this means that your order has been processed but has not yet been dispatched.If you have received the tracking email and more than 7 days have passed, please write to us at info@cosmuskincare.com with your order number.
As soon as you notice the error, please inform us at info@cosmuskincare.com with your order number. We will send you a shipping label so that you do not have to pay for the return shipping costs.
Upon receipt, any damaged or non-conforming products may be 100% refunded or exchanged provided proof is sent and the product is returned. Please contact customer service at info@cosmuskincare.com and provide your order number.
All payments are secure, your bank details are never shared with us and remain strictly confidential.
Transactions are entirely processed by secure payment modules: Stripe, Paypal or Apple Pay.
To maximise the shelf life of your products, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and excess humidity.
